Conical crusher

Conical crusher is used in laboratory conditions in order to crush inorganic materials such as boxit, ore, stone, glass, quarts, cement clincer which are medium hard and easy dryable.

- material supply clearance is  300 mm (12”) .

- size of materials to be crushed are  20 mm- 40 mm

- size of crushed materials are   0.5 mm

- stator can be moved up and down in order to adjust the size of mineral to be crushed.

- Outer part of  conical head and stator collars are made of cast steel.

- Body is made of cast iron.

- Motor 3 HP. Approx. 1400 rpm 220 Volt 50 Hz.

- Capacity of device is between 400-1500 kg/h depending on crushing finness and hardness of mineral .
