Testing ignitability of building materials subjected to direct impingement of flame according to EN ISO 11925-2:2010.
TF-805 Testing chamber provides an efficient system for testing ignitability of building products subjected to direct impingement of flame.
It is designed according to EN ISO 11925-2:2010 for testing ignitability of styrofoam (EPS), however, it can be adapted for testing any material that highly deforms or flows under direct impingement of flame.
The chamber is made of stainless steel with heat resistant glazed doors on the front and lateral wall.
The burner is connected to an outside gas tank.
The gas piping is equipped with a safety valve.
The flame is controlled via a control valve and electronics which determine the duration of the burn.
