COMPLIANCE

The electro-mechanical material test equipment can perform all kinds of tests including tension, compression, bending, folding, cutting, boring etc for all EN, ISO and ASTM standards and according to all kinds of requests. With different options of applied force, it helps getting the best results from the samples. Thanks to the sample clamps, standard productions and customized production, it meets with all kinds of requirements. The device determines whether the manufactured materials fall within the standard values or not. Thanks to the test software, compliant with the device, all rest results can be reported and saved. It can produce multiple test (tension, tensile breaking force, strain failure % elongation etc.) results. Its touch screen provides fast and easy use. 

MAIN FRAME

The machine is driven by a servo engine and by using a precision screw, the utmost sensitivity is ensured. Thanks to two guiding pillars, (chrome plated) rigidity is achieved in cross bar with the linear moving cross actuator system. Due to the sturdy, cylindrical type load cell that is not affected from lateral loads, repetition ability is at a very high level. 

USER PANEL

The touch screens have been introduced to our lives as elements that ease and speed up our lives. In our company, in order to ensure the safety first then to insure that the experiments are performed under the best conditions in the fastest way possible, the machines are equipped with touch screens to display all values and presenting various options to the users. Here is an emergency button on the control panel. All measures for both the user and the device safety are taken
