Overview:
TESTFORM laboratory hot plate presses are designed for polymer
processing, rubber, and composite works. The usage areas of presses are quality
control, product development, and research studies.
HPRESS series is recommended for basic pressing operations with
150/300/600 models. HPRESS series presses are high-quality and economical
devices for routine automatic pressing processes.
In the ergonomically designed presses with two columns, the lower table
is placed on the hydraulic piston and the upper table is placed on the press
body. With its new design, the press tables guarantee precise heat distribution
on its entire surface.
The hydraulic system used in the press has the feature of automatically closing the pressure with the help of the integrated double pump, for a fast closing, accurate pressing and keeping the constant pressure force on the sample.
