TESTFORM Pendulum Impact Tester Charpy performs Izod tests according to international standards.

TESTFORM SDTC-50J impact pendulum; It is designed to determine the resilience values of thermoplastic materials against impact. Tests; With energy values ranging from 0.5J to 50J, Charpy is in compliance with the internationally recognized ISO 179 and ISO 180 standards of Izod impact methods.

Features:

TESTFORM SDTC-50J; It consists of a durable, solid metal frame as well as test components such as hammers, clamps, supports, and a high-resolution touch screen. The durable, sturdy metal frame provides considerable rigidity to the pendulum, and test components can be replaced with different sizes of hammer and support clamps. In addition, the versatile built-in touch screen; It is used by the user to input and select test parameters, display results, control and automate the pendulum in the motorized version. It includes RS232 for direct computer control and analysis of results. Self-identifying hammers; It is mounted on the frame with a quick-change coupler, and its speed is measured electronically using a magnetic and non-contact encoder. In addition, the pendulum is equipped with a transparent safety cabinet around it to make the pendulum safe to use.

SDTC-50J Motorized Model

This version has a pneumatically operated hammer version and a brake the system as standard; It is carried out by the motor mounted on the device to make the system easier to use, especially when the hammer is repositioned and especially when larger hammers are placed.

SDTC-50J Manuel Model

This model; same as the motorized model. However, the repositioning of the hammer in this system is done manually.
