HY0001 Series Fiber Fineness Analysis System consists of an optical
microscope, high-resolution industrial camera and computer, to perform fiber
diameter and cross-sectional area tests by using professional software. It also
can determine the content of each fiber in the blended fiber. HY0001 series
contains several different models of different microscopes and different
software.

It can determine the fiber content of various blended products by analyzing
single fiber morphology and measuring diameter

FZ/T 32004, etc.
Adopts professional analysis software, data, and report output in EXCEL
format
Provided with a sample gallery of special animal fiber, chemical fiber,
cotton and flax fiber, convenient to contrast for the operator, improve the ability
of identification
HY0003 Integrated-type
Contains all the functions of HY0002
It can be used to observe cross-sectional morphology of chemical fiber,
profiled fiber and hollow fiber, and also can determine the cross-sectional area
It conforms to AATCC 20A-2011, FZ/T 01101-2008
It also can determine shape factor and hollow degree conforms to FZ/T 50002-1991
