Compression / Stacking Tester

• The device meets the test requirements in accordance with TS EN ISO 21898 and TS EN ISO 12048 standard.
  
• The device is placed on the sack platform by placing a sample placing platform in front of the machine to place the sample in the test area. Then the sack is filled to the desired amount with the help of auger and made ready for the experiment. The device is taken to the test area by pulling the sling connected to the circumference of the sample with the hoist located on the back of the device. At the end of the experiment, it is pulled out again with the help of the hoist on the outer platform.
• Device max compression capacity 150 kN. d.
• There are 4 loadcells with a capacity of 50 kN. These loadcells are calibrated with international grade and accuracy of 0.5% in the range of 5% -100% of capacity.
• The load unit of the device must be TS EN 7500-1 Class 0.5.
• Force resolution of at least 0.01 kN. d.
• The device is a 4-column model.
• The device must be at least 2600 mm. Stroke movable table.
• Device movement 0.01 mm./min. with 500 mm./min. It has adjustable speed.
• Device movement AC. It is driven by servo motor and planetary gear reducer.
• Device movement works in 4 worm screw systems and screw diameter is 32 mm. d.
• The device has adjustable safety switches that restrict upper and lower movements.
• There is an emergency stop button on the device.
• The device has a 7 ”touch panel.
• The instrument automatically resets at the start of the experiment.
• The device has an overload protection system.
• The device has an automatic rupture detection system.
• Electronic internal communication speed is at least 10 kHz and computer data transfer rate is 100 Hz.
• The device communicates with the computer over Ethernet.
• The instrument automatically displays all test results on the panel.
• At the end of the test, if desired, it can automatically return.
• The data of each sample set is stored in separate files, and the information is not deleted when another experiment is started. The definition of the minimum test specimen, the properties of the material, the type of test specimen, the way the test specimen is prepared, how the elongation is measured and the test results are shown in the test report. In addition, the test report meets the criteria set out in the TS EN 1SO / IEC 17025 standard, such as the sample laboratory number, the date of the test, the date and number of the sender, the letter of interest, and the title and signature of the person conducting the test. Derived data, tables, photographs and logos can be included in the test reports. Test reports are available in MS Excel and PDF formats.
• The operating voltage of the device is 380V AC three-phase (three-phase) and the frequency is 50/60 Hz.
• The device is protected against granules that will scatter in the event of specimen rupture.
