Compliance

The electromechanical material testing device can perform all kinds of tests such as tensile, compression, bending, folding, cutting, drilling, etc. according to all EN, ISO, ASTM standards and with additional equipment as requested. Different force options help to achieve the best results for samples. With suitable test jaws for all samples, standard production and special manufacturing, all needs are met. It determines whether the produced materials are within standard values. With suitable test software for the device, all test results can be reported and stored. It can provide numerous test results (stress, breaking force, elongation at break, % elongation, etc.). It provides easy and fast operation with a touch screen.

Main Frame

The machine is driven by a servo motor and uses a precision screw to achieve the highest precision. With two guide columns (chrome-plated), rigidity is ensured for linear movement and crosshead traverse with the crosshead system. The robust cylinder-type load cell, which is not affected by lateral loads, ensures a high level of repeatability.

User Panel

The touch screen is presented to us as a technology that makes our lives easier and faster. As a company, for our devices, a touch panel is installed to ensure that experiments are carried out under the best conditions and in the fastest way, first safety and then testing, designed so that the user can see all visual values and many options are offered. The control panel has an emergency button. All precautions have been taken for both user and device safety.
