Bitumen Content Determination Furnace by Burning Method

Determines the asphalt content in bituminous mixtures with 0.11% accuracy.

Asphalt ovens are designed for use in the quantitative analysis of binder content in hot mix asphalt.

The oven can operate up to 600°C. All emissions during tests are eliminated by a special burner. The suction system accelerates the removal of combustible materials.

The oven operates under software control throughout the entire operation. Procedures, including the final burn and door lock system which activates at 150°C, are performed by the software. All heating elements are protected with special quartz tubes against corrosion to extend the system's lifespan.

The brick arrangement around the door and beam is designed to protect the oven structure from possible impacts and accidents.

Its galvanized and epoxy-coated structure extends the device's lifespan while providing an aesthetic appearance.
