Emulsion Laboratory Mill

General Features

The TESTFORM laboratory colloid mill - bench model, is designed especially for the production of normal road grade bitumen emulsions and polymer-modified and industrial grades that do not require production above the boiling point of water.

The rotor and stator system is designed to achieve a fine and narrow particle distribution.

Application

Used for the preparation of bitumen emulsion samples.

All wetted parts of the colloid mill are made of AISI 316L and the pipe system and other components are made of AISI 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance against low pH emulsions.

The compact design of the complete unit, including the keyed motor and pipe system, allows it to be placed on a standard laboratory bench.
