The device enables the separation of the filler material contained in the bitumen/trichloroethylene solution.
The bitumen/solvent/filler mixture is poured into a rotating bowl and accumulates while the filler bitumen and solvent are drained.
The rotation speed is 11,000 rpm.
The device can also be used with roughly dissolved conglomerates using an immersion solvent.
It comes with two sieves (Mesh 100 and 200) to be placed inside the funnel for complete separation.
