MIT Test Chambers are produced to simulate real climate conditions by controlling temperature, humidity, and day-night light cycles. The temperature and humidity control range of MIT Test Chambers allows for many different tests to be conducted in various industries. Additionally, stability, artificial aging, storage, and shelf life tests can be easily performed. The excellent design of the device enables MIT series devices to be used in many industries:

  • Electronics Industry, Automotive Industry
  • Automotive Ancillary Industry
  • Chemical Industry
  • Plastics Industry
  • Textile Industry
  • Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Food Industry
  • Communications Industry
  • Aircraft and Aviation Industry
  • Building Materials Industry
  • Military Equipment and Weapons Industry

To ensure maximum durability and reliability, the most appropriate materials have been used in the internal and external structure. The chamber is made of Stainless Steel, while the outer body is manufactured from epoxy-coated galvanized steel that is not affected by high humidity values.

Lamps of sufficient power, protected by heat and moisture resistant glass inside the door, provide daylight to the samples. The metal door with glass allows for observation of samples without affecting the humidity and temperature values inside the chamber. Considering cold and hot test temperatures, insulation is of great importance for the efficiency of the product. The insulation of MIT Test Chamber devices is provided by injected high-density polyurethane.

Humidity is provided by a humidity generator and measured by the humidity sensor inside the chamber. This ensures that humidity is measured with the highest precision. Temperature is controlled by PID, humidification, and cooling proportional control system.

In addition to the fault diagnosis system, there is an adjustable safety thermostat used for heating.

The device has a 128×64 pixel touch screen on its user panel. Powerful air circulation ensures stability with very good temperature and humidity distribution, even at low temperatures. It has a quick recovery time after the door is opened and closed.

MIT Test Chambers are equipped with an advanced microprocessor control system.

Program Memory: The device has ten program memories. MIT series Test Chambers can be connected to a computer via the optional RS 232 connection.

Additionally, the refrigerant gas and insulation material used in MIT Test Chambers are environmentally friendly and CFC-free.
