The machine performs compression on hot samples of bituminous mixture and stops after a predetermined number of blows.

The laminated floor-covered table is connected to a concrete base that also supports the drive rod.

The compression mold is held in place by a rapid compaction device as per the Standards; a safety door with a stop switch ensures the operator's safety.
