This device is suitable for two test methods (Type B) for determining the air content in compacted fresh concrete made with normal weight or dense aggregate with a maximum grain size of up to 63 mm.
Used to determine the air content of fresh concrete.
Consists of aluminum cast, air-tight lid, air pump cylinder vessel, and precision manometer and valves.

Manometer Reading: 0.1% of the scale up to 6%; 0.2% of the scale between 6% and 10%
Provides direct reading.
Lightweight, compact and durable, has a quick clamp system and the test is performed with a few pump strokes. Not affected by changing atmospheric pressure. The cylinder vessel can also be used to measure the unit weight of fresh concrete and aggregate.
