Laboratory Ball Mill
The Laboratory Ball Mill is designed to meet industrial requirements for grinding coal, cement, and a wide variety of ores. The Laboratory Grinding Mill consists of a geared motor, a speed converter, and appropriate separation sieves and sample collectors, all mounted on a high-precision, robust steel chassis along with the discharge funnel.
Operating Method
The mill includes a locking mechanism for easy access to its contents. An appropriate ball charge is provided with the mill. The motor includes an inverter to precisely control the drum speed up to 100 RPM. This control device has internal overload protection. It works with a digital timer that automatically stops the grinder when the desired grinding time is reached. The cover has a quick-opening locking mechanism.
