With the TESTFORM PODWT Device, you can test wear values. The device has a circular disk on it. Additionally, there are mounting shoes and connection points on the disk to attach the product you want to perform wear testing on. The device has an abrasive holder and a fixed load application lever for abrading the sample. There is a mechanism that can adjust the wear diameter that will be drawn on the sample.
The rotational movement is started. Then, sensors that detect forces formed axially under fixed load work. With this device, you can perform wear on many materials. The device's operating system complies with international standards.
