The penetration device, compliant with EN 1426, ASTM D5, AASHTO T49, ASTM D1321 standards, is designed for high-precision measurements in laboratory environments.
Technical Specifications
The device is mounted on a leveling screw, lightweight alloy base. It is equipped with a frictionless moving, stainless steel calibrated shaft (weight: 47.5 g).
Penetration values are digitally readable; displayed on a 5-digit LCD indicator with 0.01 mm resolution in mm and inch units. A micrometric screw is provided for automatic zeroing.
Easy control is provided with a stop and release button. The device is attached to a cast lightweight alloy base and can slide on the base.
The vertical rod is micrometrically adjustable and has a stop mechanism. It comes with an electromagnetic system and timer for automatic stopping and releasing of the shaft in 5 seconds.
Suitable for needle (bütüm) and cone (grease) tests. Operates on 220-240 V, 50 Hz, single-phase electricity.
