APPLICABILITY

The electromechanical material testing device can perform all kinds of tests such as tensile, compression, bending, folding, cutting, drilling, etc. according to all EN, ISO, ASTM standards and with additional equipment as requested. It helps to achieve the best results for samples with different force options. With suitable test jaws for all samples, standard and special production, it meets all needs. It determines whether the produced materials are within standard values. All test results can be reported and stored with suitable test software for the device. It can provide numerous test results (stress, breaking force, elongation at break, % elongation, etc.). It provides easy and fast operation with a touch screen.

MAIN BODY

The machine is driven by a servo motor and uses a precision screw to achieve the highest precision. With two guide columns (chrome-plated), rigidity is provided for linear movement and crosshead traverse with a crosshead system. The robust cylinder-type load cell, which is not affected by lateral loads, ensures a high level of repeatability.

USER PANEL

The touch screen is presented to us as a technology that makes our lives easier and faster. As a company, we have installed a touch panel in our devices to ensure that the experiment is carried out under the best conditions and in the fastest way possible, first safety and then experiment, so that the user can see all visual values and many options are offered. There is an emergency button on the control panel. All precautions have been taken for both user and device safety.
