Loading Frame
The loading frame has high stability and rigidity. It is made of steel with four columns and hydraulic cylinders.
The loading frame is compliant with EN 12390-4 standard.
The frame comes with compression plates of 55 HRC hardness; The upper compression plate has a movable head system.
Hydraulic Power Unit
The hydraulic power unit provides pressure and oil flow for the loading frame. Depending on the size of the loading frame, the hydraulic power unit is placed next to the loading frame or on a chassis. It has two pumps for fast and slow piston movement; Before starting the test, the fast pump is activated to quickly bring the lower plate close to the upper plate, thus preventing time loss.

Digital Measurement System
On the LCD screen, all tests are performed fully automatically. On the screen, data display, data processing, speed control, calibration and, if desired, certificate output process can be performed by connecting a printer.
Touch Screen Measurement System
On the touch screen, all tests are performed fully automatically. On the screen, data display, data processing, speed control, calibration and, if desired, certificate output process can be performed by connecting a printer.
Calibration and Precision
All concrete compression testing machines are calibrated with high-precision electronic instruments and are guaranteed as class "1" (maximum error rate is below ±1%). A calibration certificate is provided with the concrete press.
