Compression testing allows us to determine the behavior of materials under heavy loads. The sample is placed under compression and the deformations it undergoes under various loads are recorded. There are two frame options available: 4-column type and wall-mounted type.
The hydraulic compression testing machine with InstantServo technology has a closed-loop PID control system.
It has capacities of 1000 kN, 2000 kN and 3000 kN. (Please contact us for other capacities.)
It has a 4-column frame. Each column is attached to the frame with 4 screws for perfect calibration.
The lower platen is fixed, while the upper platen is movable.
For safety purposes, a limit switch has been added to the front door. (When the door is opened, the machine stops operating.) (Optional)
The control unit can load and unload at a speed range of 0.05 kN/s – 20 kN/s.
At the end of the test process, the device automatically returns the piston to its starting position in preparation for a new test.
The controller unit has a simple and compact configuration.
The software can display test data, test results, and the load-time/stress-time graph visible on the LCD screen, and can also save test results by naming them separately so they don't get mixed up.
