It operates with an advanced electromechanical design that includes a stepper motor, a precise reduction unit, and a lead screw with reduced backlash. The device is designed to achieve linear, micrometric movements during rapid backward movement at a constant speed and independently of the load.

The continuous movement speed in both directions can be adjusted between 0.00001 and 9 mm/min using the electronic control unit. It features an RS232 interface for PC and a touchscreen display.

Now, for shear measurement, rotation speed, forward/backward speeds, and displacement can be programmed. The device is suitable for shear boxes measuring 100 x 100 mm.
