Large Direct Cutting System (300mm)

Standards: ASTM D 3080, TS 1900-2, BS 1377-7, AASHTO T236, NF P094 071-1/2

Can be used for 30 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm samples. (The shear box can be manufactured in custom sizes upon request.)

Horizontal and vertical loads are applied fully automatically via stepper motor.

Shear speed can be selected fully automatically between 0.2-9.99 mm/min. via the digital control unit.

The shear load and vertical load have a capacity of 10 tons (100 kN).

Data from horizontal and vertical loads as well as horizontal movements are collected via the data acquisition unit, and all calculations are performed through software.

The shear box and cell are manufactured from stainless steel.

The test frame, motor frame, and base are included.

The digital control unit is designed for easy operation.

The device is fully automatic.

With the device, samples can be consolidated under the desired load and then subjected to shear testing, if requested.
