Application

The HY0001 Series Fiber Fineness Analysis System consists of an optical microscope, a high-resolution industrial camera, and a computer to perform fiber diameter and cross-sectional area tests using professional software. It can also determine the content of each fiber within blended fibers. The HY0001 series includes several different models due to different microscopes and software.

HY0001 Fineness Type

• Qualitative analysis is compatible with AATCC20-2011, FZ / T01057.3
• Used to determine the fiber diameter of animal fibers, chemical fibers, cotton, and linen fibers. Testing is fast and easy to use.
• Fiber diameter measurement complies with ISO137-1975, IWTO-8-2004, TWC-TM24-2009, GB / T 10685-2007
• With automatic fiber diameter testing function (optional), complies with IWTO-47-2009, GB / T 20732-2006
• Measurement range: 1 ~ 2000μm
• Data and report output in EXCEL format, which can also be customized according to customer needs

HY0002 Content Type

• Includes all functions of HY0001
• Can determine the fiber content of various blended products by analyzing single fiber morphology and measuring diameter.
• Compatible with ISO 17751, SN / T 1062, GB / T 16988, SN / T 0756, FZ / T30003, FZ / T 32004, etc.
• Adopts professional analysis software in EXCEL format for data and report output
• Provided with a sample gallery of special animal fibers, chemical fibers, cotton, and linen fibers suitable for creating contrast for the operator, enhancing identification capability

HY0003 Integrated Type

• Includes all functions of HY0002
• Can be used to observe the cross-sectional morphology of chemical fibers, profiled fibers, and hollow fibers, and can also determine the cross-sectional area.
• Compatible with AATCC 20A-2011, FZ / T 01101-2008
• Can also determine the shape factor and porosity, compliant with FZ / T 50002-1991
