MGK Series Class III Microbiological Safety Cabinets
MGK Series Microbiological Safety Cabinets provide high-level protection for the user, environment, and product. They are designed for all work with harmful and potentially harmful microorganisms.
MGK Class III Microbiological Safety Cabinets provide first-class protection for the operator, environment, and samples being worked against aerosols that may be hazardous or generated from hazardous microorganisms inside the cabinet.
The outer body of the cabinets is made of electrostatic powder-coated steel sheet. For easy cleaning, the work surface is made of stainless steel to prevent contamination. The laminated tempered front window does not allow UV rays to pass through.
The control panel is digital with LCD display. The control panel includes the following parameters:
- Air flow speed
- Total operating time
- Timer
- HEPA filter life
- Front window
- UV lamp
- UV lamp total operating time/life
- UV lamp countdown timer
- Airflow speed of particle-free air supplied to the work area
The device has 2 HEPA type filters that capture particles larger than 0.3 microns. The minimum efficiency level is 99.999%. (According to DOP test) The decontamination factor (F) is minimum 100,000.
Air channels with contamination risk in the device are kept under negative pressure, thus preventing particle mixing with the air going to the work area.
- MGK Class III Microbiological Safety Cabinets are designed with safety, ease of use, user comfort, and ease of maintenance in mind.
- O.P. test output is provided as standard.
- HEPA filters can be easily and quickly replaced. The easily accessible control system is placed outside the contaminated area.
- No effort or time is needed to clean the inside of the glass window. The automatic window opens fully and stays in place to facilitate cleaning.
- Since all operations are automatic, the user does not need to make any adjustments.
- The noise level is very low thanks to the silent fan.
