Salt spray testing is an international certification standardization and popular corrosion testing method used to check the corrosion resistance of materials and surface coatings.
The TESTFORM salt spray chamber is affordable, fastest, standardized, and repeatable, and is commonly used to detect the salt spray corrosion resistance of materials or material surface coatings in corrosive environments. The TESTFORM salt spray chamber is equipped with an intelligent salt spray testing system that allows for quick and standardized conversion of test modules. It automatically adjusts the test temperature in the working environment (Salt Spray Method (NSS ACSS) 35 ± 1 °C, Corrosion Resistance Test Method (CASS) 50 ± 1 °C).

Application Industry
