Pull-Off Test Device - Manual

Standard: EN 13963, EN 14496, EN 1015-12, EN 1348, EN 1542, BS 1881: 207

The device measures the adhesion of building materials, plastics, mortar, bitumen, and varnish coatings.

It can also be used to determine the tensile strength of concrete and is therefore ideal for assessing the condition of an existing structure.

This second function requires the use of a core drilling machine to cut the test point (depth 8-10 mm).

A disk is attached to the surface (using normal, quick-setting, or epoxy adhesive) and then the device measures the required force as it pulls the disk away from the surface.

Results are shown in N/mm².

  • Tensile force: 10 kN
  • Accuracy of results: ±%2
  • Standard disk diameter: 50 mm
  • Case dimensions: 290 x 210 x 230 mm
  • Weight: 6 kg

A standard disk is supplied with the device and is provided in a carrying case.
