The Laboratory Rod Mill is designed to meet industrial requirements for grinding coal, cement, and a wide variety of ores. The Laboratory Grinding Mill consists of a geared motor, a speed converter, and appropriate separation sieves and sample collectors, all mounted on a high-precision, robust steel chassis together with the discharge funnel.

Operating Method

The mill includes a locking mechanism to facilitate easy access to its contents. An appropriate rod charge is provided with the mill. The motor includes an inverter to accurately control the drum speed up to 100 RPM. This control device has internal overload protection. It is equipped with a digital timer device to ensure proper control of the grinding, automatically stopping the grinder when the desired grinding time is reached. The cover has a quick-opening locking mechanism.
