Application

TESTFORM Laboratory Jaw Crushers are designed for the pre-crushing of extremely hard and brittle materials. The 200 x 300 Jaw Crusher is designed for the batch and continuous crushing of medium-hard, hard brittle and tough materials for the fine grinding below.

Materials to be Crushed

  • Minerals / ores / slags
  • Cement / cement clinker / concrete
  • Glass / ceramic / corundum
  • Soil samples / sludges
  • Coal / coke / drill core
  • Industrial waste

It is a single-toggle type jaw crusher, robustly constructed with a fixed jaw plate and a moving jaw plate. It is robust and long-lasting and made of parts and materials that are easy to maintain.

The crusher is floor type with the main body, with the motor in front. It comes with a dust extraction point (on top of the machine) and a removable sample collection pan.

Operating Principle of the Crusher

Model MN011 has 200 mm X 300 mm jaws; It is used by laboratories and processing companies to crush solid materials such as rock or soil and ore.

The material to be processed, 190 mm X 90 mm, drops into the crusher's crushing chamber via a chute and is crushed by the crushing movement until it passes the crusher's pre-selected gap between a static and dynamic jaw plate.

The gap adjustment is steplessly adjustable with a handwheel and a mm scale from 0 mm to 50 mm (contact of the jaw plates). This adjustment setting also allows the operator to make a zero point calibration setting to adjust the crusher.

Easy Cleaning and Operation

No other Laboratory Jaw Crusher is easier to clean than the TESTFORM Jaw Crusher. When the crushing process is finished, the feed hopper cover and front door can be opened in one second. For these reasons, the crushing chamber is quickly and easily accessible for quick and easy cleaning, allowing the crushing jaws to be cleaned quickly and systematically.

Jaw Plates / Side Liners Material Compositions

  • Manganese steel
  • Tungsten carbide

Crusher Gap Adjustment

The required gap adjustment can be adjusted comfortably and repeatably by turning the handwheel. Therefore, the gap adjustment can be pre-selected steplessly according to a scale before starting the crushing process.
