The crusher body is made of steel construction.

The roller and hammers are driven separately.

The roller speed is 6rpm and the reduction is provided by a reducer with belt-pulley.
The motor for the impact hammer is 7.5 Kw, 1500rpm, 380V.

All internal parts (liners) are coated with 12-14Mn steel.
The feed size is 0-60mm.
The output size is 0-12 mm.
The machine is designed to prevent dust leakage from any part.
The screen is manufactured to be easily replaceable.
The scraper roller can be easily adjusted from the outside.
It can easily crush even materials with 80-90% moisture.
A collection bin for the crushed materials is available.
