Compact Handheld Ultrasonic Concrete Testing Device
Product Code: A1220 MONOLITH 3D
Product Description
The compact handheld ultrasonic pulse velocity and pulse-echo testing device is designed for ultrasonic thickness measurements and flaw detection in concrete, reinforced concrete structures, and rocks.
The flaw detector shows that it is equipped with a compact electronic unit, a high-contrast large TFT screen, and a keyboard.
Despite its multifunctionality, the device is easy to use thanks to its intuitive interface and icon menu that provides quick access to the device's main settings and functions.
The ergonomic design and light weight of the flaw detector (up to 800 grams), along with the feature of securing the electronic unit to special pads, allows the device to work comfortably in hard-to-reach areas.
All examination results are saved to the device's memory and can be transferred to an external PC via the USB port for further processing, recording, and activation.
Application
The device allows the operator to investigate internal foreign inclusions, voids, and cracks in products and structures made of reinforced concrete, stone, and similar materials, as well as search for embedded defects in castings, with single-sided access.
It is possible to test the internal structure of coarse-grained materials.
The results of the examination can be visualized as slice and projection images using the grid scanning function (B-Scan, C-Scan, D-Scan, thickness profile).
