Ultrasonic Testing Device

Application:

The ultrasonic pulse velocity testing device is used to determine the presence of flaws, voids, cracks, etc. in in-situ or pre-cast concrete.

The device provides data on the homogeneity of concrete by sending sound pulses into the concrete and measuring the time it takes for the sound to travel from the transmitting transducer to the receiving transducer through the material.

  • Evaluation of concrete quality
  • Concrete homogeneity
  • Concrete compressive strength
  • Determination of crack depth and defects in concrete structures
  • Testing of concrete foundation slabs, continuity, integrity, disintegration assessment, etc.

Standards:

  • EN 12504 part 4, ASTM C597, BS 1881:203, NF P18-418

Features:

  • High precision, accurate detection
  • USB interface for PC connection and data transmission
  • Touch screen and easy operation
  • Real-time sound broadcasting
  • Wirelessly connected to additional test hammer via Bluetooth
