Lid Containers for Jars
The device consists of lower and upper jaws. The upper jaw is round in shape, while the lower jaw is designed as a sample mold with a size that perfectly fits the jar. The jar is placed in the lower jaw's mold, and the thermal bonding process is completed by the pressure from the upper jaw.
Flexible Plastic Tubes
The ends of flexible plastic tubes are placed between the lower and upper jaws and then bonded to form a package.
The IYTC-1 offers a quick jaw change method; the device uses a sliding jaw arrangement. The device comes with single or dual option, overlapping heater blocks, with standard flat surface sliding jaws provided. When a profiled sealing surface is needed, the sliding jaw can be changed very easily.
