Compression/Stacking Test Device

  • The device meets the test conditions according to TS EN ISO 21898 and TS EN ISO 12048 standards.
  • For placing samples into the test area, a sample placement platform is positioned in front of the machine and placed on the bag platform. Subsequently, the bag is filled to the desired amount with the help of a screw conveyor and prepared for testing. With the help of the caraskal located at the back of the device and the strap attached around the sample, it is pulled into the device's test area. At the end of the test, it is pulled back outside with the help of the caraskal located on the outer platform.
  • The device has a maximum compression capacity of 150 kN.
  • The device has 4 load cells with a capacity of 50 kN. These load cells are calibrated with international validity, grade 0.5 accuracy, in the range of 5%-100% of capacity.
  • The load unit of the device must be TS EN 7500-1 Class 0.5.
  • The force resolution is at least 0.01 kN.
  • The device is a 4-column model.
  • The device has a moving table with a stroke of at least 2600 mm.
  • The device's movement has an adjustable speed between 0.01 mm/min and 500 mm/min.
  • The device's movement is driven by an AC Servo motor and planetary gear reducer.
  • The device's movement operates on 4 recirculating ball screw systems and the screw diameter is 32 mm.
  • The device has adjustable safety switches that restrict upper and lower movements.
  • The device has an emergency stop button.
  • The device has a 7" touch panel.
  • The device automatically resets at the beginning of the test.
  • The device has an overload protection system.
  • The device has an automatic breakage detection system.
  • The internal electronic communication speed is at least 10 kHz and the computer data transfer speed is 100 Hz.
  • The device communicates with the computer via Ethernet.
  • The device automatically displays all test results on the panel.
  • At the end of the test, if desired, it has an automatic return feature.
  • Data for each sample set is stored in separate files, and information is not deleted when moving to another test. The test report shows the description of the minimum test sample, the properties of the material, the type of test sample, how the elongation was measured, and the test results. Additionally, the test report meets the criteria specified in the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard, such as sample laboratory number, test date, sample sender, related letter date and number, titles and signatures of the persons conducting the test. Derived data, tables, photographs, and logos can be included in test reports. Test reports can be exported in MS Excel and PDF formats.
  • The device's operating voltage is 380V AC three-phase (triphase) and its frequency is 50/60 Hz.
  • The device is protected against granules that will scatter around if the samples tear.
