The STC Leak Testing Device is professionally designed for the leak testing of packaging for food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, daily-use chemical products, automotive parts, electronic components, stationery, and various other industrial products. This device can also be used to test the sealing performance of samples after ball/weight drop and compression tests.
Test Principle
First, immerse the sample in the water inside the vacuum chamber, and then evacuate the vacuum chamber to create a differential pressure between the inside and outside of the sample. The leak characteristic can be determined by observing the continuous emergence of bubbles from the sample and the sample expanding and returning to its original state after the vacuum is released.
The STC Leak Testing Device can be used to determine the leak characteristics of the following materials:
