Pneumatic Sample Cutting Press

Application

The PNKP-30 is a small and compact pneumatic cutting machine that fits perfectly anywhere you want to place it in your laboratory, production line, or any other location. The cutting press stands firmly on metal feet and does not need to be attached to a table. It has a two-hand operation system to increase safety and minimize the risk of injury to the operator.

As an optional accessory, a safety guard cover with the model number PNKP-30.06 can be installed.

Quick Change System

The pneumatic cutting press has a highly regarded system for quick changes between different cutting dies developed by Testform. The quick-change system has many advantages:

• Easy to change dies
• No need for height adjustments between different dies
• Saves time for the operator
• Minimizes the risk of error adjustments that could damage the die
• Increases the amount of perfect samples

For curved and non-flat samples, there is a guide rod with the code PNKP-30.04.

Guide Rod, PNKP-30.05

Cutting curved and non-flat samples (such as cables or hoses) is often a challenge. Most of the time, you wish you had at least 4 hands. Testform has solved this with the PNKP-01.05 guide rod that comes with the cutting presses. With the guide rod, it is possible for the cutting die to stay on top of the sample.
