Planetary ball mills are widely used in many fields such as geology, mining, metallurgy, electrical industry, construction, ceramics, chemicals, light industry, medicine, environmental protection, etc.
The planetary ball mill is a necessary device for mixing high-tech materials, fine grinding, sample preparation, new product development and small batch production. TESTFORM planetary ball mill has small volume, high efficiency, low noise and functional features, making it ideal equipment for sampling in R&D institutions, university and enterprise laboratories (can take four samples at the same time). When equipped with a vacuum ball mill tank, it can collect dust samples under vacuum.
The planetary ball mill has four ball grinding tanks mounted on a rotating table. When the rotating table rotates, the tank axis makes planetary movements, the balls and samples inside the tanks are strongly affected by high-speed movement, and the samples are finally turned into powder. Various different materials can be ground by dry or wet method by the mill. The minimum particle size of the ground powder can be as small as 0.1μm.

The outer shell of TESTFORM vertical planetary ball mill is welded with thick steel plate with high strength, impact resistance, deformation resistance, fine workmanship, strong and beautiful appearance. The material of mechanical parts is processed with strict thermal treatment process and numerical control processing technology. The gear box adopts a semi-sealed grooved embedded structure, and the drive gear is made of wear-resistant precision gear. The machine frame and structure are fully considered in the design to ensure the stable, safe and reliable operation of the ball mill under long-term and high-load conditions, and to effectively obtain the noise reduction effect in the operation of the machine. The liquid oil self-lubricating device is designed with low noise and high density, and is equipped with a liquid oil level gauge for easy replacement. Supporting lifting and feeding devices are adopted with integrated design. The feeding device includes vibrating screening and discharging technology for simple and comfortable use. It ensures easy and fast taking out, discharging and loading of the mill jars, reduces labor intensity and improves production efficiency. The touch screen of the microcomputer makes the operation of the machine easier, the interface is simpler and more intuitive, and forward and reverse alternative control can be easily obtained. It has timing and shutdown memory functions.
