The scratch test device is used to measure the scratch performance of single-layer insulated color-coated sheets for quality evaluation purposes. The scratch resistance of the coating can be determined by evaluating whether the coating is scratched by tungsten carbide hemispherical contact points of a specific weight or whether the coating is scratched under maximum load. This device is mainly used in surface coatings of products such as roller coating, CAN ink, 3C ink, UV ink, etc.
