A curing cabinet is ideally used in commercial and on-site laboratories for the standard curing of concrete, cement, and similar material samples according to EN 196-1 (cement) and EN 12390-2 (concrete).

Application

Used as a curing cabinet for cement, mortar, and concrete test samples.

The cabinets maintain test samples at specific temperature and humidity levels.

The curing cabinet provides temperatures between 16°C and +40°C and up to 98% humidity with the immersion heater and cooling unit that comes with the cabinet.

This curing cabinet is suitable for cement, concrete, cement products, automatic temperature control, uniform temperature, digital parameter setting and display, and is a type of common concrete testing equipment in the laboratory.

• The 3-layer cabinet has a stainless steel inner frame, an outer frame made of high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, and a middle layer filled with high-quality heat-insulating material, making it aesthetically pleasing and corrosion-resistant;
• Digital display temperature and humidity controller provides high resolution, direct reading, easy operation, and high accuracy;
• Large power compressor, evaporator, external condenser for the cooling system, with internal fans to achieve a uniform temperature;
• Equipped with a high-power electric heating tube;
• Achieves better humidification effect with an advanced ultrasonic humidifier;
• The stainless steel shelves of the inner frame securely hold molds, samples, and numerous cement prisms.
